Emergence v1.0-beta.3 - UI improvements

This update comes with some significant UI improvements: The layout is updated to look a bit more neat and organized. Additionally stream/modulator sections can be collapsed so the plugin does not take up more screen space then necessary.

What to expect

This is an unstable beta version meaning:

  • Any feature might be removed or changed. It is recommended to render any sounds you want to keep.
  • Backwards compatibility with previous versions (0.x or 1.x-beta) is not guaranteed. This might mean automation data and presets saved by your DAW not working as expected and possibly other similar issues.
  • Might contain bugs. My goal is to release high quality software even in beta stages, but mistakes happen. Please report any issues you encounter.

This version is released with a different name/id and can be installed and used alongside the latest stable version (v0.3.x).

  • Please see the discussion board for bug reports, feature requests, questions and general feedback.
  • Before posting please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. The problem might be already fixed in a newer version.

You're doing an amazing job, very powerful plugin already!

Link to discussion board directs to 404, does the board exists?
Are there any plans to implement additional FX and it's amount control on streams? The ability to add filter, saturation and chorus (even if they are on some basic level with a little control), creating different sound character to each stream would give possibilities to tweak some mind-blowing sounds

Fixed the link, thanks for pointing that out

Effects would be pretty cool especially when used with the modulation system! But that also means more knobs and I don’t think that would work, at least not without re-thinking the UI. So this won’t happen in the upcoming v1.0, maybe if I decide to make a version 2 or some new plugin
